Inspired by a chat with David Knight on the night The Wenlock Arms “closed” and a recent move, I decided to plot my last five years of east London living on a map. Pedestrian distance-to-Wenlock ranges from 2008’s sublime 600m to 2011’s disappointing 1.6km.
